Maybe you’ve enjoyed walking along the Angophora and Rocky Point walking tracks between Minnie Water and Illaroo Camping Ground, the Corkwood and Scribbly Gum walking tracks at Station Creek, the Freshwater track at Pebbly Beach Campground, the Angourie walking track or the Wilsons Headland walking track between Wooli and Diggers Camp.

Well – if you like any of these walks and nominate them as a Great Walk in a NSW National Park on the National Parks & Wildlife Service website (by 30 May 2014), not only do you help by letting more people know about these great walks, but you could win one of 5 great prizes as well.

After the nomination period ends, NSW National Parks will draw five random winners (on 6 June 2014).

  • First prize: Two passes with Sydney Coast Walks for the Spit to North Head two-day walk including luxury accommodation at Q Station at Manly, valued at $1,398.00
  • Second prize: A 2-year All Parks Pass, valued at $335
  • Third to fifth prize: A 1-year All Parks Passes, valued at $190 each

This is part of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service’s new “Great Walks Strategy” for New South Wales, which will involve NPWS taking some of our state’s best walking opportunities and making them world-class.
